| Patients are seen by appointment only. Please telephone 0114 236 0641 or call in person to
make an appointment with the doctor or nurse. Patients are able to book appointments in advance usually up to about 3 months. We always leave urgent spaces bookable only on the day, though you may have to be seen at the end of the surgery if all the spaces have been filled.

| We run special clinics for the following: Ante-natal and Post-natal. These clinics are by appointment only. Please ask the receptionist for details of times. |

Home Visits Top

| A
request for a
home visit should
only be made if
the patient is
too ill to attend
surgery. Wherever
possible, please
telephone 0114
236 0641 before
10.30 am so that
the doctor can
arrange visits
in order of urgency.

Night Visits and Weekends

| When the surgery is closed any telephone calls will automatically be directed to the Co-op who provide emergency cover for us. If a visit is needed, please make sure that the house number is clearly visible and that you always display a light at night to help the doctor find you. |

Repeat Prescriptions Top
|
| We need 48 hours or 4 surgery sessions notice for repeat prescriptions. Please visit the surgery in person or leave a written note. There is a box in the porch for posting repeat prescriptions. To minimse the risk of mistakes, telephone prescriptions are only accepted from house-bound patients. Please let us know if you require prescriptions forwarding to the Bents Green Chemist. |

Private Medical Reports Top

Private medical reports can be left with the receptionist for the doctor to complete. These services are not part of the N.H.S. and a fee is charged. Medical examinations can be provided by prior arrangement.

Parking Top

Only road parking is available. Please make sure that your car is parked safely and that it is not causing an obstruction. For a map and directions click here.
